Deta are looking an enthusiastic Internal Proactive Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for the company. You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective proactive telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products over the phone.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and developing business across our product portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities to include:
- Contact potential and exciting customers to inform them about our existing and new products
- Making outbound customer calls or cold calls to sell products and services
- Understand customer requirements and close sales
- Answer questions about products, pricing, or company
- Negotiate bulk or package deals
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and call information onto our CRM tool
- Direct prospects to our field team when necessary
- Go the “extra mile” to meet and exceed sales targets and facilitate future sales
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer focus role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferable over the phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn about new products and services, to describe them to our prospects

Deta are looking for an enthusiastic internal sales administrator responsible for the retail market to contribute to the growth of the company. You will be responsible for dealing with customers calls and entering orders onto our IE9 system.
Primary Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities to include:
- Taking orders from customers in a business-to-business environment
- Inputting/ Processing sales orders on the IE9 system to a high accuracy achieving on business KPI’s
- Act as first point of contact for our customers and deal appropriately with incoming sales enquiries.
- Managing the order process through the delivery including raising of pick lists and releasing of back orders
- Keeping the customer informed at all stages of order through to delivery
- Providing a service of excellence to all customers and internal work colleagues
- Speaking to internal colleagues in relationship to stock and availability
- Working within strict guidelines
- Liaison with Field Sales Team supporting with dispatch of literature, samples, and display boards

Deta are looking for an enthusiastic internal sales administrator responsible for the retail market to contribute to the growth of the company. You will be responsible for dealing with customers calls and entering orders onto our IE9 system.
Primary Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities to include:
- Taking orders from customers in a business-to-business environment
- Inputting/ Processing sales orders on the IE9 system to a high accuracy achieving on business KPI’s
- Processing orders with our key retail accounts and following their specific order requirements
- Communicating to retail customers to confirm pricing and acknowledge orders
- Monitoring orders from acknowledgement to delivery to ensure excellent customer service
- Liaising with the dispatch team to ensure order are dispatched in a timely manner
- Liaising with the inventory team to obtain stock availability information
- First point of contact for our retail customer via telephone/email and dealing appropriately with their requests
- Providing a service of excellence to all customers and internal work colleagues
- Working within strict guidelines

Marketing Manager

Mission:
To contribute to the continuous improvement of the marketing function, taking a proactive role in defining and executing the company’s marketing strategy and all associated activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for all marketing activity and initiatives for multiple brands and product categories supplied into the electrical wholesale and retail DIY channels. Reporting to a director and responsible for a team of 2 x marketing executives engaged in the following activities:
- Digital Media
- Developing and executing the company’s digital strategy to include website, social media, email, advertising and PR
- Marketing Collateral
- Defining and delivering all marketing collateral (catalogues, brochures, flyers, posters, price lists, packaging, POS, etc.) to the highest standard in accordance with the company’s product/channel strategy and brand guidelines, ensuring their accuracy and effectiveness
- Advertising and PR
- Determining and implementing the company’s online and offline advertising and PR strategy, ensuring it is targeted and creates maximum exposure for the company and its brands

Assistant Buyer
Department: Purchasing

Primary Responsibilities:
Supplier Management
- Day to day commercial management of the supplier base.
- Supplier contract / terms negotiations (price, lead time, moq, payment terms, delivery terms, returns arrangements, rebate arrangements, etc.)
- Supporting the inventory control team with resolution of all supply chain issues
- Working with colleagues in the inventory control and technical teams to put in place necessary action plans to ensure KPI’s are met.
- Working closely with the technical team in resolving product quality issues and achieving acceptable commercial resolution.
- Supporting the commercial teams with new business tenders and promotional activities
Project Management
- Project management of new product introductions and resourcing activities, defining the critical path, working closely with colleagues in the marketing, technical and inventory control teams to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.
- Reporting progress to the business of all project activities and contributing to the decision-making process at project review meetings.
General Maintenance
- Maintenance of a raw material, exchange rate and freight rate tracker and reporting their impact on profitability to the business
- Validation of cost price movements by reference to changes in market indices, tracking these and reporting their impact on profitability to the business
- Preparation of landed cost templates as required to support commercial pricing decisions
- Maintenance of supplier master file to include supplier details, terms, annual spend (prior year and forecast) by region and product category and ensure this aligns with internal systems
- Preparation for supplier meetings, trade shows and business trips, communicating actions as agreed and managing these through to completion

Mission: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply chain function with the key objective of maximising customer service levels, optimising inventory and ensuring an efficient approach to all supply chain and project related planning activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Training, developing and managing a best in class demand planning team to support the ongoing growth of the business.
- Implementing robust systems and procedures to ensure demand planning forecasts are reviewed and updated on a timely basis and the integrity of planning data is maintained.
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to create accurate demand planning forecasts, taking account of latest customer data and market intelligence.
- Management of Inventory Planning Parameters (ABC Segmentation, Safety Stock, EOQ) to ensure continual optimisation of inventory and maximisation of service levels.
- Providing key demand and inventory data, analysis and reports to the inventory planning team and stakeholders to support routine and adhoc planning activities and decision making.
- Generating monthly management reporting information and providing commentary and analysis to support accurate interpretation and decision making.
